Happy March! Here are the stocks we will be looking at for potential trading opportunities tomorrow:
LONG Setups:
- YELP – after consolidating for a while around 20 and 200dma, it is finally starting to advance, expecting continuation
- INVN – oversold bounce setup, put in a bullish reversal bar today although volume was not convincing, expecting bounce
- FB – bullish reversal bar with higher volume, expecting continuation
- XXIA – has been basing around the 20 price level and 20dma, expecting a bounce
- SWHC – nice bounce off support on higher volume, expecting continuation to 10 and beyond
- RGR – bullish reversal on higher volume, expecting continuation and breakout to new highs
- VRX – reclaimed 20dma today, expecting a move higher and breakout to new highs
- MSG – constructive pullback to 20dma, followed by a bounce on higher volume, will be looking for follow-through over 56
- MDSO – high bull flag with very narrow price action today, range expansion move likely
- CUB – oversold bounce setup with a capitulation bar on extremely high volume, bottom was likely put in today, expecting bounce
SHORT Setups
- PAYX – bear flag and unable to stay above 20dma, expecting downside to 32.5
- LVLT – remains oversold yet unable to bounce, expecting downside to 19
- NTES – has been trying to consolidate around 200dma, put in a series of lower highs and closed below 200dma today, likely downside to 50
- DTV – bearish consolidation pattern, if it cannot hold the 48 level, potential downside to 46.50-47
- NTAP – rejected at 50dma and closed on the low, expecting additional downside
- SNCR – overbought short setup with a bearish reversal today, expecting pullback to 20dma
